Santa Grand Hotels 最初进驻新加坡市场是在 1993 年，当时成立的是 Santa Grand Hotel Aljunied。自此之后，2006
年建立了 Santa Grand Hotel West Coast，2007 年建立了 Victoria Hotel。2008 年加入这家连锁酒店的，是 Santa
Grand Hotel Bugis 和 Santa Grand Hotel Little India。
Santa Grand 连锁酒店的每一家酒店，设计都非常独特，利用周围建筑的风情来打造与众不同的特点，并且与环境相融合；它定位于改建老式建筑的常见设计平台，并以此为基础再融入某些特色，这在新加坡实属罕见。
